 Dont get how this works. I was playing this game and got up to the final palace on JNES, and now my save file is GONE. I tried using this one but when I put it in the save directory and open the game it still has no data. How do i use these files?

 EDIT:
Got it to work. For anyone else having problems open the game and go to restore from on the drop down menu and browse for the file you downloaded
